PROPOSING, "FORUM, DOCUMENTATION, & SITE UTILIZATION"

I. INTRODUCTION
Fellow associates of the Habbo Intelligence Agency,
Ritually I am very well inclined to my proposals and suggestions, if I locate an area of weakness within or outside of our walls I'll ensure that weakness is appropriately adjusted.
That being said, there very well is an internal weakness - that being a lack of agent documentation, and on top of that a lack of utilization within our forums.
Obviously as an intelligence agency, most would assume there would be an organization of collected documents - but oddly enough, I have came across none.
II. DOCUMENTATION
I'm requesting a proper internal HR structure that dedicates themselves toward collecting associated agent personnel files, thus we can properly keep track of those who come and go.
How this can most appropriately be conducted, is through a Google document system - and an addition to the training procedure.
Each recruit that completes their training fully will be inclined to fill out a Human Resources document, sending their information to our HR log.
With this HR log, it will surely better our tracking of current and past agents - recognizing and observing everybody's place on the HIA rank structure.
EXAMPLE: HR INPUT and HR OUTPUT
On top of an HR documentation system, we also need to host our training procedures and code of conduct somewhere on the site.
I'm quite baffled that there isn't any proper documentation neighboring any of our current links within the hot bar.
III. FORUM/SITE UTILIZATION
Obviously this is a fairly new forum, so let's begin constructing it a bit more - there is a lot of material/information that we can produce for this forum, it's being highly under-utilized at the moment.
To conclude, HIA can very well be the superior group surrounding Habbo - we just need to collectively produce the best material internally and externally.
We can very well achieve the top, so let's do this - for HIA.
